These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and n888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and govern all aspects of your use of the n888 website, mobile interface, games, and betting services. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you are confirming your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

If you are accessing n888 on behalf of another person or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms and you accept responsibility for their compliance.

To register and use n888, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. n888 does not permit minors to register, deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be legally resident in or accessing n888 from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any responsible gaming register or under any self-exclusion order.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of n888 or any of its affiliated companies.

Each individual may register and maintain only one active n888 account. Registering multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method – is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. n888 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
• You must notify n888 immediately at support@n888.world if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account registration is free of charge. n888 does not charge any fee to create or maintain an account.
• n888 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

All financial transactions on n888 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit methods are accepted:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day and are displayed in the deposit section of your account.
• Deposits are credited to your n888 wallet in real time for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours to appear, depending on the sending bank.
• You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• n888 does not charge deposit fees. Any charges levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your own responsibility.
• n888 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on large or unusual deposits before crediting them to your balance.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure that n888 applies to all accounts.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of submission, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• IBFT bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 2–4 working hours during business days. Weekend and public holiday requests may take slightly longer.
• n888 does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, your bank or mobile wallet may apply their own transfer charges.
• Before a withdrawal is approved, n888 may request identity verification documents including a copy of your CNIC and proof of the withdrawal method. Failure to provide requested documents within 72 hours may result in the request being cancelled.
• n888 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on n888, including sports betting, PSL betting, football betting, and virtual sports markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled by the player, except where n888 specifically offers a cash-out or bet edit feature and within the terms of that feature.
• n888 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, incorrect odds publication, or manipulation of the betting process by any party.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled or abandoned before the result is determined, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as published in the n888 Sportsbook Rules section.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm. Stakes that fall outside these limits will not be accepted.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed on your confirmed bet slip are the odds that will be used for settlement.
• n888 reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any account at its sole discretion, including placing maximum win limits on individual accounts.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or any other non-human method is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

n888 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with the promotion:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly – only winnings generated from the use of bonus funds (after meeting wagering requirements) are withdrawable.
• n888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses.
• The Refer a Friend programme on n888 has its own terms, which are available on the Refer a Friend page. Both the referring player and the referred player must meet all eligibility requirements for the referral bonus to be credited.
• n888 does not guarantee the continuation of any ongoing promotion. Active promotions may be discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

The casino and games section of n888 – including roulette, live dealer tables, and Ludo games – is subject to these Terms plus any game-specific rules published within the game interface.

• All digital games on n888 operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently certified for statistical fairness. The RNG is tested on a regular cycle. Outcomes cannot be predicted or influenced by any player or by n888.
• In live dealer games, the physical outcome (the roulette ball, the card dealt) is captured by camera and transmitted in real time. Any technical failure during a live game round will result in the round being voided and stakes returned to players.
• Ludo game results are determined by the certified RNG for digital dice rolls. Tournament pairings and brackets are generated automatically and are not influenced by n888 staff.
• Game sessions that are interrupted due to network issues on the player's side do not automatically entitle the player to a refund. n888 maintains server-side records of all game states and will resolve disputes based on these records.
• n888 reserves the right to remove, suspend, or modify any game on the platform at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on n888. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information at any stage of registration or during KYC verification.
• Using n888 for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or play games on n888 without human intervention.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in any game or platform function. Any winnings obtained through a known bug must be reported and will be voided.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including structuring bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements in a way that is clearly contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing n888 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access n888's systems, databases, or back-end infrastructure without authorisation.

n888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months, subject to any applicable dormant account policy communicated at the time.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the last used verified payment method within 10 business days.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, n888 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the balance pending investigation. The player will be notified in writing of the reason and the outcome.

• You may not use the n888 brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without n888's written consent.
• Scraping, mirroring, or systematic extraction of data from n888 is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n888 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from bets or games placed on the platform, including losses resulting from system errors or interruptions where the error was not caused by n888's negligence.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use n888, even if n888 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any loss arising from the player's failure to keep login credentials secure.
• Any loss arising from the player providing false or inaccurate information during registration or KYC.

n888's total liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

n888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required to comply with a legal obligation or to address a security concern.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. If you continue to use n888 after the effective date of any changes, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may close your account and withdraw your balance before the changes take effect.
